We are currently looking for 2 bus drivers, starting pay is $25.95 an hour. A Class B CDL with a Passenger and School Bus endorsement. A clean background check, and compliance with FMCSA drug testing.
If you don’t have a cdl with a p and s endorsement then we will pay for you to get a cdl and the proper endorsements. Thank you for your consideration!

Good Morning Parents and Guardians of DISD. Due to a driver shortage and unforeseen circumstances, TOMORROW, October 16, 2025 and FRIDAY October 17,2025, all afternoon bus routes will be cancelled.
Please pick up your students from their designated schools. If your student requires transportation services please call your students school secretaries by 2:00 pm so we can arrange transportation services home.

Hello DES Family, this is a message from Dulce Elementary School with a Homecoming Parade update and reminder.
The Annual Dulce Hawk Homecoming Parade will be held on Friday, October 3rd, starting at 10:00 AM local time.
All DES students will be participating along the parade route with their classroom teacher and friends. Parents are welcome to attend, but if you plan to take your student home from the parade, you must make arrangements with the teacher ahead of time — not during the event.
Our school nurse and nurse assistant will be accompanying the students. Please make sure your child brings a water bottle with a re-closable lid to avoid spills. Remember — no food or drinks are allowed on the new school buses.
We will be using two busses. There may be multiple trips. Please dress your child comfortably and have them wear tennis shoe-style footwear to prevent tripping. They can bring a bag to catch all of the goodies and trinkets from the parade.
If you do NOT want your student to participate, please call DES school to opt out.
This is a district-sponsored and free event. We look forward to a safe and fun Homecoming Parade!
