Good Afternoon! We are in the process of finalizing our online enrollment system with the enrollment specialists for the 25 26 School Year. Our goal is to open online enrollment when all office staff returns on board next week. We will keep you updated as soon as we are ready to proceed. The process will remain the same as last year and we are still using Power School Enrollment. All of our office staff will be available to assist when the time comes. The first day of school is August 5, 2025. We hope that you are having a wonderful summer! Thank you for your time.

Happy Tuesday, DHS Parents and Seniors. This is a reminder to seniors and senior parents that DHS will be doing Graduation Rehearsal this week. Seniors will be in the DAC from Tuesday, May 13th to Thursday, May 15th, 9:00AM to 3:00PM. Please make sure your senior is present at graduation rehearsal as they will need to know what to do on Saturday, May 17th for the Grad Ceremony. The 2025 Commencement Ceremony will begin at 10:00AM on Saturday, May 17th at the DAC. If you have any questions, please call DHS Front Office at 575-759-2953. Good afternoon. DISD parents and Guardians. Tomorrow, Tuesday May 13, 2025, there will be no bus service in the morning or the afternoon. The Transportation Department will be transporting all DMS students on their end of the year field trip. There will be one school bus to pick up and drop off students that require transportation services. If your student is requiring transportation services please call the Transportation Department at 575-756-4672 to be placed on the pick up and/or drop off list. Please make sure all phone calls are completed by 6:00 pm this evening to make our route as efficient as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Dear parents, families and community. DES will celebrate family field day on Friday, May 16th beginning at 8:30AM with a motorcade. If you are interested to join the motorcade, please have your vehicles decorated and ready at the assembly area at the DES East parking lot at about 8:20AM. You are invited to join the games on this day. Please let your students wear comfortable clothing. DES will be released early at 1:15PM. Good afternoon DISD parents and guardians, due to scheduled activity trips and a school bus driver shortage all bus routes will be cancelled this afternoon. Please pick up your student from their school sites today. If your student requires transportation services home this afternoon please contact your students school site directly. Please make sure that all calls are completed by 12:00 pm today to ensure we can transport your students. Please remember today all schools are operating on a normal Friday schedule release times are as follows DES 2:00 pm DMS 2:10pm and DHS 2:10 pm. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
