Dear Community Members,
The Dulce Independent School District wants to inform you about an important opportunity to serve our schools and make a lasting impact on our students’ futures. The Dulce Independent School District will hold its upcoming school board election on November 4, 2025, and we encourage community members who are passionate about education to consider becoming a candidate. There are a total of three (3) positions up for election. They are positions 2,4, and 5.
School board members play a vital role in shaping the policies, programs, and direction of our public schools. This is your chance to be part of that leadership and advocate for what matters most to you and our students.
Prospective candidates must meet eligibility requirements and complete the official filing process with the appropriate election office. To ensure you have accurate and updated information about how and when to file, please contact the New Mexico Rio Arriba County Clerk’s office located at 10 State Road 531 in Tierra Amarilla, New Mexico. They can also be contacted at (575) 588-7724. It is very important to note that the deadline to file your Declaration of Intent is Tuesday August 26, 2025.
