Parent’s Right to Know

In accordance with the No Child Left Behind Act, Title I, Part A, Section IIII Parents Right to Know, as parents you have the right to request the following information about your child’s teacher, any paraprofessionals (Educational Assistants), or principals who may work with your child.

A) Name of Teacher/Paraprofessional/Principal,

B) Site assignment,

C) Teaching or classroom assignment (if applicable),

D) Current licensure/level and type(s),

E) Areas of endorsement,

F) Type of degree(s) and major from college/university.
