About Dulce Independent Schools

School District No. 21 consists of an elementary school, a middle school and a high school, together educating close to 650 children from the local community.

The elementary school houses kindergarten through 5th grade; the middle school 6th through 8th, and the high school, 9th through 12th. Each day nearly 300 students arrive at the elementary school. At the middle school 165 pass through the doors, and over 200 attend the high school.

In the last five years a significant investment in Dulce Schools has been made. All of our schools have been rebuilt, in addition to a new athletic complex. The new elementary school opened in April 2003, the new middle school opened in August 2005, and the new high school opened in 2009. All three are state-of-the-art learning facilities for Dulce.

The instructors at Dulce Schools are dedicated to teaching in service of the Dulce School District. A support staff and administrative staff assist in maintaining a high-quality teaching and learning environment.
